    The lobby was big and bright and clean. Elevators super fast and quiet. Our room was very clean, loved the flooring with no carpets. Hotel felt brand new. Reception was friendly and fast check in process. Breakfast was included and the food was decent.     HI Express hotel standards. Looks newly built. High ceiling do make a difference. Bright white and light colours for decor. Lovely HI. We also liked wooden affect floors instead of carpet, easier to clean.Rooms have two beds. Shower/Bath. Shampoo/Conditioner good quality. AC. Fridge.Pool, towels provided.Breakfast included. Bonus for kids they do fresh waffles. Very popular with guests.Free parking with plenty of spaces.Visiting from UK. Stayed here on travel around Ontario and Quebec. Seemed like a business park area. Nothing much around to walk to but convenient to break up driving.     Stayed here one night during a road trip. It’s a beautiful hotel and made us wish we could have stayed there longer. Everything looks and feels brand new. It is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are large and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection including hot items. My kids had a blast in the large pool. We will definitely stay here again!     Tried to charge me an extra night

    Well this is a case of i should’ve read reviews before booking. I booked for 2 nights at Check out they charge me 3 nights so I say no i stayed 2 nights and they tell me that according to their system i was suppose to arrive Thursday so they charge me a no show for Thursday i Kept telling them its false and why they didnt tell me that when i arrived Friday then? No answer. Complete non sense, I Will never Come back they are liars and thieves stay away. I Will try to resolve the issue with my CC provider because the hotel people are liars and thieves.     Very bad they are thieves

    NEVER AGAIN. I used to go to the Delta everytime I go to Trois-Rivieres for business but wanted to try the new Holiday Inn. WHAT A MISTAKE. My colleague couldnt show up because his wife had to be induced for pregnancy and we forgot to cancel his reservation so fair enough I know they have NO SHOW policy and I'm good about paying 1 night but they charged me 2 nights, 550$ so I called to tell them that yes he didnt show but according to policy I should've been charged 1 night so they put me on hold and come back saying my employee showed up for the second night which is a complete load of BS since he was in Toronto and I even have his flight cancellation that I was willing to provide and proof that he was in Toronto the night that they say he showed up. They straight up lied to charge me an extra night. Do not encourage lying and borderline scammy companies, stay away and go to the Delta where I give them 5 stars because for this type of situation they are understandable. To all my corporate contacts NEVER GO TO HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS TROIS-RIVIERES.
