    Really beautiful room with a very comfy bed and luckily our room did not directly face the highway. I can't say anything really bad about the experience - the staff were all wonderful and the breakfast that was included was outstanding; lots of choice and very good quality and the people working here are truly lovely. We were in the Prestige pavilion, while a very nice suite, was situated away from the main hotel, I had some security concerns about the building being over on it's own and we had to lug our suitcases up a flight of stairs as no elevator, so I would check where they have you booked if you have any mobility issues.

    We stayed at this hotel as it was in between our trip from Montreal to Quebec. It was located in the direct proximity of the highway. We could park the car right in front of the room. The checkin was smooth and friendly and we received all the information we needed. The room itself was efficiently decorated. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, we needed to queue as it was rather busy. Breakfast was basic, with limited choices.     Worst service ever!! Daniel was the employee at the main desk and was not a service related person Wrong info provided, was not there to find a solution. We were a group of 30 persons with 16 rooms booked for 2 -3 days they really don't care about us. The lady Dahlia was the lady I booked the room with was not clear at allso if you need to rent something at les suites laviolettes be aware to go somewereslse Worst service received ever

    Booked via Choice for 119$ for a night.Checked in the afternoon and was provide a room on second floor. The room was smaller, with a king bed, spartiate decoration, nice LED TV with decent channel selection ( and Roku stick friendly), microwave, fridge, clean bathroom. Very basic.Since I travel with an e-bike, i want to keep it safe in room. They did confirm they had a freight elevator (mainly for service, handicapped, etc...) which i used to bring the bike upstairs. Breakfast room was nice and big, and breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, beans, ham, bread, fruits. Very nice spread. There is an outside pool which was decent sized. Plenty of parking, plenty of restaurants in short distance, and cycle path right if front of hotel.     It was just a 1-night visit en route to Tremblant but we enjoyed it very much.
