Not so pet friendly

Stayed at hotel one night while travelling through with dogs. This hotel was listed as being dog friendly and with short notice was able to get a room. Didn’t realize until arrived that there is no outside access from rooms to take dogs out. Only access is front door and all rooms as well as hallways are carpeted. Rooms were clean and beds comfy but would think a pet friendly hotel should have proper outside access and no carpets. Other than this hotel suites our needs for one night. Breakfast in morning with boiled eggs fruit salad and assorted breads.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy access from the highway. Tim Horton's right across the way which had better breakfast than the hotel.

Excellent and relaxing two night stay

Renovated room and new furniture. Table, sofa, chairs, microwave oven and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, King Bed and hot tub in room. You will enjoy a small exercise room. Also an interior pool and hot tub. Complimentary breakfast with a very god choice is offered. The staff is friendly and helpful. You feel very welcome. Many thanks to all.

The service is TERRIBLE. Extremely rude staff. Dirty rooms. Staff screaming at the kids at the pool. DONT RECOMMEND. Overpriced and aweful . no cleaning service offered . The dirty towels dont get picked up and no fresh towels added. Nothing is offered

Awful customer service. We had no hot water in the morning so no showers! When reported to front seat, the woman said there nothing she could do about it, charged us full price and gave us the managers. Are and said we could call him. Not even an apology. Awful.
