    On the recommendation of the hotel rep, our Expedia reservation was cancelled with the promised better price directly with the hotel. However, on our arrival 13-05-26, our new reservation did not exist !Eventually, another room was found, however, it contained 2 double beds, not the promised queens, and was $31 + tax more expensive per night. The quality of this room was also lower, with no included room service, missing paint patches, poor heating controls, and missing seats in the room

    All the staff members I interacted with at the Travelodge in Trois-Rivières were genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional. From check-in to checkout, they were attentive and made sure my stay was comfortable.As a Wyndham Gold member, my expectations for a Travelodge hotel were largely met. It’s a solid budget-friendly option. I particularly appreciated the great parking options... plenty of space, easy access, and very convenient.The property could definitely benefit from some investment and modernization. The building and rooms feel a bit dated but you could tell there have been improvements and some stuff for sure could be refreshed. Despite that, everything was clean and functional.One small note: the doors are a bit thin, so if you’re traveling with a baby or young child who might make noise, just be mindful as it could disturb other guests.Overall, the location is convenient and the value for the price is fair. I would stay again if I needed a simple, no-frills overnight stop in the area, especially thanks to the great staff and easy parking for vehicles of all sizes.

    The smell was terrible in the hallway and the room was not clean at all. It was very overpriced.

    Comfortable bed but only one sheet to cover us. Dirty room and everywhere in the hotel. We were 4 but had 2 towels and 2 washcloths. We asked for additional towels at front desk but employee (that we disturbed since he was on his cellphone) told us he couldn’t give us any since it was not his job. ? Light fixture broken above sink. Walls are paper thin, you hear everything. No fan in the bathroom/shower so the likelihood of mold is definitely present especially in dirty popcorn ceiling. Stay here only if you really have no choice.

    Room was in poor shape, dusty heater (but the heat was strong), chipping sink, rusty bathroom appliances. Just felt uncared for.
