  This Inn is clean and comfortable. I felt at home here and was treated very well. It was quiet, the staff were very polite and the buffet was excellent! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

  My wife and I and our 14 year old senior Labradoodle stayed at the Best Western Plus Langley Inn for 2 days over Christmas while visiting kids and grandkids. We have stayed here in the past as well and had a good experience. It’s certainly not high end by any means. The room atmosphere is a little dated, but it is clean, has decent amenities and has a good location for us, and typically a comfortable room.It’s a ground floor room (because of the pet) and I totally accept that, and it shouldn’t matter. It was fairly quiet at road level. The issue was the bed. Our bed had damaged springs, what felt like a bar in our backs and a hole in the center. It seemed like they put the hand me downs into the pet room and yet charge $25 more per night. You pay more but actually get less. I’m 100% ok with a pet charge. Our dog is fully trained but many aren’t and can be destructive.I took the issue to the clerk in the morning while on our way out to a Boxing Day function with family and she graciously found us a different room we quickly went back and checked and the bed seemed fine on my side. We quickly moved our stuff from next door and hurried to the family function.Later that night when back the room and ready for bed we discovered the bed was actually lumpy, complete with another soft hole and something jabby on my wife’s side.Another horrible sleep due to another worn out bed.Pet room at Best Western Langley = inferior worn out bed (queen option only), pay more for a pet room (agreed) but actually get less comfort than a regular paid room stay.I just won’t stay at the Best Western Plus in Langley again and will use the Hampton Inn a few Km’s away. I’ve stayed at it before and the beds and pillows are always excellent in or out of a pet room. You pay more, but a hotel is all about getting a comfortable sleep while away from home.   When I arrived at 2.30pm, I was informed that check-in time is 4 pm in the afternoon that’s really late. Fortunately my room was ready. Only one water machine and that is on the second floor and it takes coins only The Ricky’s restaurant that used to be here was closed permanently at the end of April The room redesign is awkward and difficult to move around, especially when you have luggage with you. Overall the area around the hotel is seedy and it feels unwise to walk around in the evening. Staff were helpful but will not stay here again
