    Amazing hotel-thanks Jivi

    This was probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at-and we travel a lot. The beds were so comfortable-the mattress and pillows felt like sleeping in a cloud. We appreciated the extra eco friendly attention the hotel had ie compost bins in rooms. The sauna was lovely. There is a cute cafe beside building and the restaurant inside the hotel had amazing breakfast-best avocado toast we’ve ever had. Parking garage was super easy to access. We checked in late and Jivi upgraded us to a loft room and sent us a bottle of wine as it was my husbands birthday-the little extras he did were so kind. Love having the option of having a diffuser in the room & they carry a local essential oil company fern & petal!     Great spot, tired experience. Not what is used to be...

    We've stayed here before and enjoyed it, but this visit felt a step down. The location is excellent, but a lot of of the exprience feels dated. One small but telling thing, I always get a text check-in from the front desk , while my partner has to either call down or walk to the lobby for the same requests, small inconsistencies like that add up. Headed back to Vancouver next month for a game and will likely book the Exchange or Paradox instead, where the stays felt more seamless. This place still has a great spot in the city, but for the price point the service and finishes need to catch up.     A great stay in Vancouver

    We had a very comfortable 3-night stay here. The hotel is well located between Robson St and Plaza of Nations for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The staff were very helpful for example Shayan on the reception desk in relation to my borrowing a bike for a tour of Stanley Park and storing some luggage while we visit Vancouver Island. Room cleaning was very prompt and the lobby has a supply of apples and chilled water. I didn’t use the well-equipped gym but we’re going back soon for few more nights so I probably will next time.     The hotel had a clean and inviting reception area, and the location was perfect and convenient for getting around. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped with good amenities. Unfortunately, the staff were unhelpful and only did the bare minimum during our stay. The bathroom was not fully functional, and the air conditioning was extremely noisy, which impacted overall comfort.
