Location

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers its guests the complete Vancouver experience. Its central location on Burrard Street is within walking distance of Robson Street’s shopping and dining, Yaletown’s trendy boutiques and English Bay’s beaches. The hotel is at the centre of everything Vancouver has to offer.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 30-storey building with a lift and 236 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers golf. After an eventful day, guests can work out and recharge in the gym. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. A continental breakfast, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes (dinner à la carte). Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks.

    Great location. Comfortable, well appointed room. The air condition did not cool room sufficiently. When there was an issue with the toilet the staff dealt with it promptly.     The hotel offered great food and service.The breakfast menu was varied and was of a good standard The room only had single glazed windows so was quite noisy on an evening. Although the main area looked fine the bedroom was starting to look a little dated.     We were visiting Vancouver for the first time. We stayed two nights before our cruise. Staff was friendly and helpful in both the hotel and restaurants. The elevators were not all working so that was a bit of a struggle. I believe they were trying to fix that issue.
