    Last stop on our touring holiday from UK with Titan. After 15 days touring we were very tired and so glad we were allocated a room on the 11th floor. I’m told the windows are hermetically sealed and as such we heard very little road noise on the Sunday night & slept well. However on the Monday morning we were woken early by the beeping sound of large vehicles reversing somewhere nearby. It appears there is construction work & I’ve attached a photo showing where this could be. Location is very good near the cruise ship docks and it only took a 30 minutes slow stroll to reach Gastown.

    This was a hotel used by our tour group so I didn’t decide to stay here but it was fab.Location great - very short walk to Canada place. Grocery store opposite. Hotel itself - modern, clean, lovely staff and rooms were so comfy. Bathroom again spotless. Tons of hot water and deep baths for a good soak. Reception kept my bags as I had a late flight. Great place to stay. Would return.     Perfectly located hotel with exceptional staff.

    This was such a nice hotel to stay at in a perfect location. And I can't praise the Front Desk staff enough: they were so friendly, professional and helpful. We had a King Premium with Balcony which had a fold out sofa with a separate bed and the room size was perfect for two people. The view we had was of the city, but it was still a very nice view. The room appeared to be recently renovated and the bathroom was awesome; I particularly loved the deep bath (the toilet was a little interesting though)! Also, the location was fantastic, close to walking paths, restaurants, Stanley Park and some great shopping in West Vancouver. I would stay here again in a heart-beat.     Beautiful rooms with sweeping views

    This is one of our favorite hotels in Vancouver, and we often find a good rate here. The reason we choose not to stay here half the time is the parking situation. There is no self-park option, and I don't like having a valet fetch my car every time I want to go somewhere. (I've also had bad experiences with valet parking - NOT at this hotel - so I only do valet parking if there is no other choice.) Street parking is available but difficult to maneuver because of the time limits at each space. One time we parked in a lot a few blocks from the hotel and that seemed to work okay but that lot seems to not be available now. So if you have no car to wrangle, this is a great hotel.     Bidet Grossness!

    The room was just ok, the bed was too hard but the worst part was the toilet. They have bidets on the toilet and it has the little wand that slides in and out to spray your tushy.... I wouldn't put that in my own personal bathroom as I can't believe there is a proper way to make sure it's sterile!! I never used the bidet part (has a little control board on the side) but it automatically did "something" when it's sat on. I suspect maybe it was supposed to be a deodorizer.... It smelled so awful it was like being in a dirty outhouse!Won't ever be staying here again.
