    Stayed for two vists of one night each in April 2026. Front check-in staff are awesome. Efficient, friendly and great. The underground, secure parking is also a huge plus to this hotel. Proximity to both the Ferry and to YVR is also a big advantage. Both rooms we had were on the 3rd floor and were very quiet. They were huge-with separate living rooms. Really lovely. The beds were also fairly new and comfortable. The walk-in showers had only half glass enclosures and we found the entire bathroom including the toilet got soaked when using the shower. Not a great design. The sinks were outside the shower and toilet room and we appreciated that design element. The cleanliness of both rooms was good as in acceptable but they were not spotless. Dust was evident on baseboards and bathroom fixtures. Maybe a small thing but I really appreciate a super clean room/hotel. Nevertheless, the hotel all in all is very nice and we will definitely stay again. The hotel is attached to a Browns Social House restaurant and very close to a bunch of other restaurants in Tsawwassen proper and at the Tsawwassen Mills Mall.

    There isn't much competition in the Tsawassen area. If there were, this hotel would win anyway. Of note is their breakfast (included in the price). Each day there are some usual foods, but there are also especially delicious variations. One example is a breakfast sandwich on bread baked in-house. Where do you get something like that in a chain hotel?!?! They have improved the in-room coffee machine, and the safe is easy to access and use.Staff are helpful if you need information, and they are always cheerful. The gym is enormous for a hotel gym, cleanliness well maintained, and supplies --cleaning products, towels, TVs and water-- never lacking. Cleaning staff are friendly, and in spite of the difficulty of their jobs, they seem happy.You can park under the hotel or at the back of the property. Everything you might need is within one or two kilometers, and a main route into Vancouver is just down the street. This hotel lacks nothing!     Disappointing Stay

    The location was great for catching the Tsawwassen Ferry. The Breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly. That being said we had a concern with the overall cleanliness. Our room floor was dirty, there was hair in the shower, and the night stand was sticky. We definitely would not have stayed, but we had been traveling for 24 hours, arrived late and were leaving early to catch the ferry. The linens were clean so we decided to just sleep and go stayed.My real concern was actually the lack of communication from management. When we checked out we shared our concern with the desk staff who assured us that someone would contact us. When I got the survey after check out, I shared the same concerns, and then I emailed the hotel manager and shared the concerns. NO ONE EVER CONTACTED US. I was not looking for a discount or anything other than acknowledgement and an apology for a dirty room. The lack of communication from the hotel following our stay was not acceptable. Clearly sending surveys, and emails letting you know to reach out if you have questions or concerns are automated and either no one is reading them, or they simply don't care. The hotel has potential, but this is the last time we will stay there. It would be worth a slightly longer drive to have a clean room and a responsive staff.     Warm and Welcoming!

    What an amazing facility! The people at the front desk were friendly and super accommodating! The hotel was bright, clean and super spacious. Our room was large and very comfortable, and the bed was comfortable. We loved the seating area and the drawers and hooks in the room. No pool - but the gym was great - big and plenty of equipment. The breakfast was exceptional, easily one of the best I’ve had at a hotel, with plenty of delicious options (the egg bites were my favourite!).The overall vibe was welcoming, and even during a busy student leadership conference, the staff handled everything perfectly.I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service.     Wonderful hotel in a lovely town. This hotel seems to have a sort of modern European style. Smart decor and upscale finishes. Included breakfast definiely a cut above the usual.
