Worst experience I ever had what a embarrassment of management brought my girlfriend there before christmass as a staycation with the javcuazzi suite and extended a few nights. They were upset I went threw a third party because it was cheaper and got the police to get us to pack a go a day before christmass! It's not th customers fault when I found the same suite on Expedia for 200 amd you charge 280? This is what they made us leave for it was just a embarrassment don't waste your money here they scam and rent out the rooms to working girls for cash under the table and wanted me to bribe him shady people

the room and lobby is very clean and the staff are all very gracious, the free breakfast is really good and lots to choose from, from fruit (fresh) to waffles and sausage and yogurt, etc . the rooms have lovely counters and lots of space , and the hangars are many and actuall wooden hangars!

Everything great except…

Well maintained hotel, clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent front desk staff especially the lady who served us at check in. Breakfast adequate. My only complaint…why did they have FOX news on the tv in the breakfast room??. Spreading their ridiculous misinformation. This is Canada! Show a Canadian TV station please!

Bad hotel experience

Think twice on staying at the Comfort Inn in Surrey. Bad experience. Never againThe front desk service was very good but the rest was terrible. We booked a room for a romantic get away which cost us $340.00, with a hot tub but it did not work properly. We went down to the front desk to get a couple of ice creams and they charged us $17.00. At one point the elevators weren't working. The bed was hard and uncomfortable the pillows were terrible. They did not supply us with enough towels. They ruined our romantic getaway.

Great front desk service- gave me a couple bottles of water and a pair of cookies. Room was well laid out and clean. TV was fine and I was able to access all channels easily. Would definitely stay there again. The area was accessible by transit and the bathtub had plenty of hot water
