Location

This hotel is located in Burnaby city, close to major shopping centres, bars, links to the public transport network and restaurants and adjacent to the Grand Villa Casino. It is 15 minutes by Skytrain from downtown Vancouver and close to many attractions and the US Border. The hotel is situated nearby the BCIT and SFU academic institutions, Burnaby Mountain and Burnaby Lake. In the area surrounding the hotel, guests can enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, canoeing, birdwatching, swimming, golf, entertainment shows and theatres (all around 15 minutes away).

Facility

Guests have a choice of 11 suites, 113 single rooms and 76 double rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities.     I really enjoyed my one-night stay at the Delta Hotels Burnaby Conference Centre! The room was HUGE, and the bed was very comfortable. I like that the toiletries were not single-serve. This is the kind of hotel you can easily stay at for many days. There's lots of room to spread out, a nice desk to work at, and a very quiet environment. The dining options are also fantastic. I had dinner at the Atlas Steak and Fish (they are very accommodating to dietary restrictions) and breakfast at the Villa Bistro (the avocado toast is exceptional!) I would recommend this hotel for adults staying here for a conference, business purposes, or as a base to travel within Burnaby and the Lower Mainland.

    The maintenance experience was super quick and helpful. We were helped by Praneel. He was very friendly & professional. My experience with the front desk attendants and housekeeper was also very friendly and helpful.
