    Amazing staff!

    I didn’t stay at the hotel this time, rather I got lost at night and the staff was helpful. Many thanks to Majid for helping me navigate how to get to the address I wanted, he even printed a copy of the map for me. Next time, I would definitely like to stay at this hotel, because their staff is so wonderful!

    From the moment we approached reception there was a problem. The male that assisted us, racially profile us. Is sad to find a business that does not hire people who have a better attitude towards indigenous guests. We had the proof of confirmation for the stay, gave our name but we kept being told we didn't have a reservation.It was difficult to arrive to a locale where it was obvious you were not welcomed, we were extremely tired only to find staff with what I can only call a racist attitude. The accommodations were not free or we presented ourselves in a disorderly manner. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that is a visible indigenous Canadian, Native American or physically disabled individuals.We parked in the garage and entering through that area, the door handles were broken and difficult to open. A chemical smell hits you, as soon as you the elevator door opened to the floor were your assigned room is located, it was dusty and there were hand prints on the doors of the closet that smelled like curry. The bathtub was above average height, very difficult for a disable or elderly person step into it.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the prices are outrageous a 2 night stay cost almost $1,500 dollars for a king size bed. Frankly, I feel deceived because the hotel should not have an 8.5 rating!

    Will definitely book here again. Friendly, helpful staff. We even met our maid who was a lovely Lady. Room was clean, bed comfortable and loved the crisp white linen and duvet. We had a corner room so nice view. Location only a 5 minute walk from Skytrain (we had a vehicle but used for the experience) could be see from our suite window. Quick response to room requests. Thank you to the staff.

    Tell housekeeping to chill out on the febreeze, it gave me a headache. I had to open the window and run the fan in the room and the bathroom to get rid of it
