    great staff and cute area but the hotel needs some love..

    Sweet but slightly rundown . Very nice staff. The restaurant had a good breakfast . It's pretty pricey for a hotel that needs some extra care and love. I think you are paying for the area. Also, they use a terrible scented product in the lobby which is so unnecessary and can be awful for those with environmental sensitivities.

    We had an amazing stay. The hotel is in the perfect location and beautifully decorated and maintained. We had the breakfast daily, from a variety of choices and high-quality. Connie, in the restaurant, is a gem and extremely helpful, suggesting additions to our vacation itinerary that made our trip unique and memorable. The front desk staff and the bartending/restaurant staff in the evening are very accommodating and friendly. This is now our go-to place in Vancouver.

    Staff is exceptionally nice, but lack of parking and accessibility makes this a very mid experience. Very expensive for what it is and after walking around Granville Island for a day or two, you’ve gotten your fill.

    The hotel is in a great location. Very comfortable and well maintained. Our room had a peekaboo view of the water and was quiet and comfortable. It was great being able to walk right out into Granville Island. Easy jumping off place to visit by foot Vancouver. We only used a taxi to and from the train station and two restaurants. Otherwise, everything was easily accessible by foot. We would gladly go back!

    Lovely, close by everything, beautiful clean room, Bed and Breakfast deal, comfortable, relaxed, clean, lovely ,beautiful people all round and the dockside patio was gorgeous ,especially having coffee and strolling along the waterfront.
