Location

This hotel is conveniently located on Robson Street in the heart of Vancouver's entertainment and theatre district. It is also within walking distance of some of the city's finest shops, nightlife and restaurants. Links to public transport can be found in the immediate vicinity (Sky Train), while Pacific train station is about a 10-minute drive away. Stanley Park is about a 5-minute drive away.

Facility

The hotel has 132 rooms, which are located on 16 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom.     Amazing front desk!

    We stayed here for 5 days before our cruise. Asif Kazi at the front desk was amazing the second we stepped foot inside the building. He was so friendly and very helpful. He told us the best ways to explore Vancouver and even ordered all of our tickets for us. He explained when and where to meet for each event. After each long day, he greeted us by name and asked if he could help us in any way. This man deserves a raise! He is truly an asset to the Hilton name!     Great location, price and a good standard of service and hotel! We stayed here for two nights. It’s a great location and we’ve stayed here before.     Excellent Hampton Inn near Rogers Arena

    We were in town for a concert and wanted something as close to Roger's Arena we could get and this spot was perfect.We are Hilton Honors members and recently we have been very disappointed with the Hampton Inn and Suites brand, but not this one. This Hampton Inn was excellent.The location is great, the hotel was spotless, the staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I had booked a corner room and it was fantastic. The entire room was windows and the views were stunning. We looked down on BC Place and over the city.The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and clean. The fitness center is on the top of the hotel with great views and off the fitness center there is a laundry room if you need and a nice patio to sit out on if the weather is nice. Vancouver is very walkable, and we easily walked to everything we wanted. I would absolutely choose this hotel again.

    Really bad buffet and not great for signing too say if something is vegetarian or dairy free and lactose free, if u want the room cleaned and do the makeup room sign they will still not do it! U have to go down to the main desk and ask them to clean the room. Very low toilets and the shower is inside the bath, also to get a car from the airport make sure it goes to the right Hilton! Because there is another one two street away and also the main entrance is hard for cars because they want to park near the blue haven hotel

    I planned to stay in this hotel for 4 nights. It’s very clean and the staff are very friendly. And it’s close to most of the tourist spots. What really impressed me is that I was not feeling well on the 3rd day and was contemplating checking out earlier. After talking to the front desk staff, they were very caring and allowed me to check out earlier. I’ve been with Hilton for several decades. This is what makes me loyal to Hilton.
