Location

The hotel is centrally located 15 minutes from Downtown Vancouver. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Links to the public transport network are a short walk away. The hotel is also around just 5 minutes from Vancouver International Airport.

Facility

52 junior suites, 109 single rooms and 54 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures.     Not the best while under renovation

    Under renovations is a state that I understand, but they should’ve been better prepared. Breakfast was a ‘carry to your room’ thing.. but no trays, boxes or bags! The rooms were dusty due to renos as well. However, the price and convenience are just as good as I remember from past visits. Parking is an added bonus.

    Supposed to be a Hilton Hotel! Doing renovations, we can wear that. Eating off paper plates, drinking from paper cups, cutlery is Bamboo, eight tables to sit at for breakfast! For the amount of people staying here, more chance of winning lottery than getting a seat. No water glass or any drinking glass or real coffee cup in your room. Would not stay here again. Sorry Hilton this has turned us off staying at any of your Hotels.

    I booked this place because Hampton Inn always have free hot breakfast with waffles. There was different hot meat daily for breakfast. Had bacon one day and sausage another day. I tried the gym too which was really small. There was limited free weights and no bench. Location is close to the train station, which is 4 blocks away. My room was clean and the shower had good pressure. Price was fair and will definitely stay again.

    A nice hotel, conveniently located close to the airport. Excellent van service, pick up and drop off. The hotel staff was very helpful, especially the van driver who helped us load and unload our skis and went out of his way to make sure we found our way around the local area. Highly recommended.
