Worst place ever dirty rooms has bugs fridge doesn't work Beds are 20 years old and blood and feces stained do not waste your time on this place pictures on website are not what you get. This place should be demolished when booking they don't tell you your money is non refundable

Possession’s Thrown Out & Rude Manager

I echo these other reviews with poor ratings; I wish I had heeded them. Brabh, the manager, has absolutely zero concern for people’s possessions. Some of my items were carelessly thrown in the garbage, even when I called 15 minutes after checking out to inform her I had left items behind and will be by in the afternoon to pick them up. That is my fault for trusting her when she said, “ok, no problem.” When questioned how it got thrown out when I provided quick and advanced warning, Bragh will become hostile, deny what was said on the phone conversation, imply that I lied, refuse to rectify it and refuse to take accountability when proven wrong. She will walk to her black SUV, get in and drive away instead. On top of that, the room was not what was advertised on Expedia. It’s run down, bugs in the room, intermittent wifi, poor breakfast options and superficially cleaned. Do not stay here.

Worst service ever could barely understand her, overcharge us online price 206 paid price over 400 and the beds are broken the tv is tiny the noise coming from the wall are disturbing. Found food under the beds just wrong to be token advantage of

the fan in the kitchenette and the air conditioner is in dire need of cleaning.

The bath tubs are a concern! They are old and very unsafe to climb in and out of, as there isn't even any bars to hold on to when stepping in and out of the tub/shower! It is a big issue for my husband and I as we both have mobility issues and we are both seniors/pensioners.

Clean but dated furniture. Fresh free coffee and pastries from Tim Hor Extremely good value for the money. This is a return visit and didn't disappoint. Transit stops near so renting a vehicle is optional.
