    This Hilton provides a level of service I've only experienced at Waldorf properties under the Hilton portfolio. My wife and I were very impressed with this property. The front desk clerk made us feel welcome and made sure we had anything we needed at check in. The servers in the breakfast were very friendly and provided great service. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. And, lastly, make sure you reach out to the concierge, Lisa, about your stay. She provided excellent restuarant and activity recommendations and a great private transfer from the airport to the hotel. She even provided a welcome gift after some lengthy, frustrating for us travel delays.

    We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. We did have a King Suite with a separate living room. It also included a mini-fridge and microwave. The room was nice and was showing a bit of wear. The bedroom was a bit small. The staff here was extremely helpful and friendly. We also liked the location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store was next door. Also close enough to the Rogers Arena to able to walk to it. We would definitely stay here again.     I'm a Hilton Honours Gold Member and loved this location so much! The food and service at the restaurant were impeccable and the fish and chips dish was the best I've had in years. The pool was larger than expected and it heated, which is lovely at this time of year. It was such a relaxing stay and we'll definitely be back soon!     Perfect location, gorgeous room and friendly staff

    We stayed here for four nights and the whole stay was great.Location is perfect - very central for getting around the city. Parking is either self-park or valet - both of which were very reasonable for city centre parking ($45 or $53 Canadian respectively per night). Breakfast was really nice. As diamond we got $22 per person each day which almost covered everything we wanted (we spent less than $10 extra between us a day). We had a king bed 2 room suite with a city view which was gorgeous. We received a diamond upgrade on check-in which was great. The staff were lovely. Friendly and efficient. The pool and hot tub were heated and lovely to use in the cold spring air. Really nice area.We had one issue where our room wasn’t cleaned - and this was dealt with quickly and positively by the duty manager. The only final thing was the bill where the breakfast credit wasn’t applied, but this was sorted and refunded immediately.     Beautiful hotel in a great location !! Was upgraded to a spacious king room suite ..was absolutely spotless, 2 huge tvs , a living area , 1 bedroom and a large bathroom and a balcony !
