    This hotel cancelled my reservation after when we were arriving from out of town via ferry. They apparently called my cell phone, didn’t get through and therefore felt justified when they cancelled our reservation and gave away our room. That left me stranded in Surrey with a 12 year old who was travelling to play in a soccer tournament. We arrived at the hotel prior to 10:00 pm. It is absolutely ridiculous to cancel someone’s reservation because they have not arrived by some arbitrary time. Do not rely on your reservation at this hotel as they will cancel it on a whim and not care at all that you are stranded.     Nice renovated hotel.

    Great renovated hotel a 3 star at its best. There was a hiccup at check in as my husband works for the government and I booked the place. Yet she was telling me I had to pay regular price as he didnot do the booking. I am a Platnium status at a higher brand hotel and never was asked such a thing. Other than that everything was great.
