    Good looking hotel, convenient to airport if you are driving as no shuttle. Comfortable room, comfy bed with lots of pillow choices.Breakfast included.

    This hotel is right on the approach/takeoff vector for Vancouver Airport. The rooms have little to no soundproofing, so you'll be up late with every flight. The breakfast is a continental breakfast and not a good one. The wifi isn't fast enough to watch youtube amd do anything else.

    Nice Hotel but No Free Shuttle from the Airport

    Nice hotel. Stayed here after 2 long flights. My major complaint is that there is no free shuttle service from the airport to this hotel. The name is misleading since you need to get a taxi or uber (Uber was about $ 25. Breakfasts were good. Staff were ok. The rooms were nice.

    Good location in Richmond close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms seemed to have been updated within past year. The free breakfast is continental, no more hot food. For a mid week stay it’s a good value but rates fluctuate.
