    Great service. Good room. So-so experience. We were woken up in the middle of the night around 3AM to a deafening alarm type of sound that went on for nearly half an hour. At about 330AM, we hear someone saying “There is a heat sensor that has gone offf but there is no need to evacuate. This is a false alarm.” Thankfully the alarm soon went off shortly after. I understand that this hotel is a part of the mall BUT I still believe that some compensation for the lack of sleep would’ve been appreciated.     Disappointing and skyrocketing prices.

    This was our 4th stay at this location. The change to Coast Hotels led to our worst experience. Services have been downgraded. We were assigned a very noisy location and were told we need to book a premium room to avoid this. In looking ahead to our next trip, it appears prices have doubled. We’ll be staying elsewhere.     We had a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end, Harry at the front desk greeted us with a smile and a complimentary upgrade due to our expiedia status. The restaurant was under construction but they still offered morning coffee and snacks. The room was clean and everything was in good working condition along with very nice bathroom amenities.
