    Great Stay - Room Was Good and Location Was The Best!

    We had a fine experience at this hotel. Picked it because it is on the beach at the bottom of all the hllls so didn't have to climb up and down to get to the beach and/or many restaurants.We did have an A/B suite which shared a main door but our neighbors must have been polite and respectful as their door didn't slam as they came and went. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors at all.The hotel is undergoing renovations but didn't find this to get in our way.There are train tracks outside but we did not hear the trains - maybe certain rooms are better than others for this.The staff was all great - friendly and helpful.Had a drink outside at the cafe which was nice to have available.We got there early enough to pick the parking spot that we preferred and didn't move our car after that so that was fine.Our room was large enough and the bed and shower were great - the a/c unit was a little noisy when it went on but it didn't disrupt our sleep.Overall, we had a good experience and would definitely stay here again.

    My husband and I stayed at the Ocean Prominade Hotel for one night. It was horrible. There were renovations going on so getting around was very difficult. The parking arcade was like a maze. It was very tight. We actually could not find our room. We had to call down to front desk and they came up to show us the way to the room. The room was so small. We don't mind small rooms, but this room was so small that there was no place to set our luggage down. Not even on the floor. To get to our room we had to go through the first door which led to two rooms and then another door to our room. Well, these doors were so loud that we hardly got any sleep. The people in the other room were constantly slamming the doors all night long. We could also hear every word they said to each other. The luggage cart could not fit into the room. We had to take our luggage outside in the rain to load it onto the cart. When we made the renovation, we were told it had a view of the ocean but there was no view. We will not return.

    I booked a last-minute stay at the Ocean Promenade Hotel on a whim, as I’ve always wanted to stay here. My first impression was very positive. The hotel is currently in the middle of a major renovation, but clear signage and a friendly front desk associate made the process seamless and alleviated any potential inconvenience.Check-in was efficient and welcoming. My room was a small studio at the back of the hotel on the first floor, and I absolutely loved the décor. The overall cleanliness was outstanding, not a speck of dust anywhere, even on the ceiling. Very impressive.Other guests I met in the hallway were friendly, and the hotel itself felt very quiet and secure.A special shout-out to the young woman working at the front desk. She provided genuinely warm, authentic, and professional service that really stood out.I honestly have no constructive feedback, a great stay all around.

    Absolutely wonderful stay! The customer service was truly outstanding — every staff member was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was beautifully maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was superbb!Amazing beachfront location. The hotel is just right in front of the beach.

    The worst do not come here

    Stay away, you want to be treated like a number, come here. A wolf in sheep's clothing runs with low life, trying to look good. Drilling wallpaper ripped off, no compensation for noise issues. Front staff are trying, but management slum lords. Major drilling above my room want a free breakfast
