    3 TV's in one room!

    Great base to explore Vancouver from. We stayed 3 times over our 3 week holiday, returning happily between trips to Vancouver Island and Alaska. On one visit we opted for an upgrade and got a room with 3 TVs! That's a record for us, but spoiled us for future visits ;). Would definitely recommend it. (the lobby and restaurant music could be improved but we didn't have to suffer it for too long).

    Lovely little stay

    Had a nice little stay here but the rooms can get very noisy. The hotel is located very conveniently near shops and an array of restaurants. Staff nice and friendly. Surprisingly, at the amount paid per night, no breakfast was not included. And the rate isn't cheap!Would stay here again but would request a different room.     Sorry for the delayed review — I stayed at this hotel around Christmas 2025, and it was AMAZING.I may be slightly biased because I had one of the coolest rooms, but honestly, what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. They are some of the best people I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. They make you feel so welcomed and valued that even if the hotel itself hadn’t been incredible (which it absolutely was), they still would have made the experience feel luxurious.A special thank you to Scott Caporale — truly exceptional.
