Facility

106 non-smoking rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee).     Located 5 mins from the Sea bus this was an ideal location to explore Vancouver whilst remaining in the quieter area of North Vancouver The room was excellent and a very decent size Would certainly recommend Pooneh M, Other at Pinnacle Hotel at The Pier, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share our feedback with us.

    Great spot. Close to everything in the Shipyards. Seabus is 5 min walk. Great restaurants right out hotel doors. Would recommend 100%!     We loved the location and how convenient it was for all our needs. It was so easy to take the train & seabus to the hotel. The staff for the most part were fantastic. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious each morning. The hotel is surrounded my great restaurants. There is a great market within 2 blocks along with a liquor store, drugstore & car rental agency. The indoor pool is huge with a nice hot tub. There is a nice outdoor deck. We looked the relaxed vibe.     Exceptional service. From front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff all were helpful, friendly and respectful. The Lobby restaurant had excellent food and a lot of specials.
