Location

This family-friendly hotel is located directly beside the port and near the cruise liner dock. Historic Gastown, the Robson Street shopping area, and beautiful Stanley Park can be easily reached on foot. It is only around 5 minutes to bars, restaurants, a bus stop and there is a train station about 10 minutes away by car.

Facility

11 junior suites, 8 suites, 220 single rooms and 214 double rooms are located on 19 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

The pleasantly heated water of the indoor pool area guarantees comfortable swimming. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include à la carte and a set menu. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    Great location and top service from the hotel staff. Great location.The TV and channel selection was limited, very old and difficult to navigate. The heating and AC turned on and off frequently and was noticeably loud. The restaurant food and staff were top notch.

    From the walk-up to the beautiful downtown location to exiting after my stay I had been continually impressed in the politeness and courtesy paid to me by the staff at this location. The room was immaculate and freshly renovated, complimentary amenities were provided at no extra cost. Water pressure was amazing! Noise level was non-existent.The restaurant had a very good selection of items to choose from and the quality was beyond expectations.     Great location, love the interior design, the bed was so large we lost each other. Very clean and very quiet. Very pleasant staff. Would come again but Vancouver is expensive.
