    Sleep from hell with air conditioner

    Web site advertised photo of hot tub that didn't exist. Management was aware of loud air conditioning unit that was so loud at startup that it startled you. Woke up numerous times throughout the night. Beds were very uncomfortable. Basically a facade renovation of a motel built 50 to 60 years ago.

    Never Fails Me Each Time

    This is my 3rd time staying at the Poco Inn. The staff are always warm, welcoming and courteous. I feel like a VIP .... and treated like a VIP!Rooms are large, no issues with the internet, both wired and wifi. I got a very bad back, so I appreciate the type of bed the Poco Inn got. I wake up refreshed with no back pain. Clean rooms, full amenities! My go to for my business trips

    Rude Front Desk and Poor Customer Service

    We forgot a bottle of wine in the room and called less than 12 hours later, only to be told “there’s nothing here”. The worst part was the front desk attitude—when we mentioned filing a claim, the response was rudely “do whatever you want”. Very poor customer service. It’s not about the wine, but about the lack of respect and professionalism.

    An Unfortunate Stay

    Unfortunately after many times driving by this hotel and wanting to try it out, thinking it would be a great place to stay, we were terribly mistaken. The first clue was when the elevator door opened and the smell of just "old" was so evident. When we opened the door to our room we were very disappointed. Now don't get me wrong, if this room fetched a price tag of $129.99 per night it would be okay, but at $329.00 per night before the taxes it was just sad and extremely dated. I wont even get started on my wife's comments. The shower wasn't too bad but the bathrooms are very small and door practically hits the toilet. very strange sink in a glassy green and some sort of water fall faucet. Anyways the last item was no window to open to air it out so that's a thumbs down also. Just an all around bad experience. I suppose if the owners are going to run this sort of hotel the prices should reflect good value as this one does not even garner a 3 star rating.

    The bed and pillows were excellent. The room, tub, microwave and refrigerator were very nice. The staff are excellent.We had a great time.
