    Dissapointed for over $200/night.

    Overpriced. Hot tub was luke warm despite the front desk saying it was fixed several times. Gym was small and not much equipment. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. No potato/hash browns. No croissants or nice baked goods.

    Horrible hotel, dirty, falling apart. Stay somewhere else. There were drug users outside hotel doors. Seacans occupied 1/2 the parking lot.

    DON'T GO THERE, IS TERRIBLE!!!! The staff is rude and unless you want to be stressed you can book with them. I couldn't imagine they can run this king of business in Canada. I will do a report to the City of Surrey and Langley to avoid people pay for a very poor service.

    This hotel said it was rated a 6 start, but the queen beds they gave us had blood all over the bottom mattress cover. It looked like somebody was shot or stabbed in the bed. The hallways were filthy nobody vacuumed, the original room and the room we stayed in were not clean, the cups under the sink had coffee stains, everything looked like nobody wiped anything, the air conditioner was so loud you could not sleep, the room smelled very bad like between curry and cleaner, not sure but it stank.

    COCKROACHES!! Stay away unless you want to pick up infestation. Couldn't even spend the night they were crawling on my stuff. Front desk Mike was very rude. Hotel was without manager/supervisor for an entire week. Every person i spoke to had different information, rude, and had a general "i dont care" attitude. So so so gross. I dont know how this place is getting business
