Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 171 rooms and 42 suites. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. Rooms

    The room was very clean and well organized at Sandman Hotel Group. Everything was arranged properly i think according to hotel standards.Harmandeep did an excellent job with the setup. The coffee station, cups, and amenities were neatly placed, with nothing out of order or scattered. The attention to detail was clear in how everything was positioned consistently and professionally.Overall, the room presentation was well maintained and showed high standards of housekeeping.     Erika and Manpreet on the reception went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They're both extremely professional with lots of local knowledge and tips. They even sought out a kettle for me so I could make some tea as the rooms have coffee machines. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need.
