    Housekeeping did not replenish coffee supplies and clean glasses. Cleaning behind and under furniture needs to be done. Hot water was quick and plentiful. Would have been nice to have complimentary coffee in main area 24/7 rather than just for a few hours in the morning. Could hear the traffic from the highway. Pool area was nice and the temperature in pool and hot tub were good. Front desk staff needs to be aware of policies and use common sense. Racism was apparent from one staff member which was most unfortunate.

    the hotel looks very modern and new from the outside, it has a bit of date to it but in general was a good stay. I arrived very early and they were able to find me a room so I could get some work done before my meetings. The water pressure was good in the shower, there was a small amount of mold starting to develop in the shower. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I had great sleeps.     Decent Stay with Pros and Cons

    Check-in was quick, and everyone working there was friendly, which made things easier. Parking wasn’t an issue at all. There were plenty of spots up front, a few reserved just for hotel guests, and more out back. Having a Moxies right in the building was a bonus; grabbing a bite or a drink was super convenient. The elevators ran smoothly and never left me standing around. My room was big and had everything I needed: a coffee maker, TV, microwave, alarm clock, free Wi-Fi, iron, extra blanket, decent closet space, air conditioning, and lots of outlets. But the pillows were huge and honestly pretty uncomfortable. The bathroom had all the basics like a hair dryer, lotion, soaps, shampoo, but the space itself felt old and a bit neglected. The bathtub metal drain was rusty, and the towels didn’t smell great. One even had a brown stain, which was off-putting. Still, the rest of the room and bathroom seemed clean. Sleeping wasn’t easy though. My room was close to the highway, and the traffic noise kept me up all night. Out in the hallway, there was an ice machine and a coke vending machine, which was nice. There’s also a small gym and an indoor pool, but I didn’t get a chance to try them out.Pros: friendly staff, easy check-in.Cons: smelly towels, highway noise, giant pillows, and no complimentary water in the room.     Room was so dirty - completely disgusted. Would have been a nice stay, nice room but filthy. No coffee. No one asked how our stay was, I think they get a lot of complaints.     Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. While I understand that housekeeping is by request only, it is generally expected for hotel guests to find their accommodations clean upon arrival.that simple was not the case.Specifically, I noticed the following issues:Dirty footprints on the roof above the bunk bedsFilth on the exterior and interior of the bathroom doorA thick brown substance on the bedroom wallsA dirty bathroomA wet/grease mark on the headboardThick dust and dirt on the windowsilldirty floorsspilled food / drinkThese conditions are not acceptable by any standard and left us feeling uncomfortable and disgusted during our stay. Due to the hectic nature of our trip, we did not have the opportunity to request a room change, and I am concerned that other rooms may be in similar condition.
