    I would especially like to appreciate Manroop at the front desk for the excellent service and hospitality. She was very professional, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to answering all my questions, she made the experience smooth and welcoming. It’s always nice to meet staff who genuinely care about guests.     The staff here went above and beyond for me. I spoke to them ahead of time about the difficult situation I was in and they not only let my cat and myself check in early but also late the next day. My “suite” was actually a fully furnished one bedroom apartment complete with laundry and a full kitchen. I was blown away and will absolutely stay again if I am in the area.Big thanks to Manroop and Prosper. Both of you made everything so much easier. It was the best hotel experience of my life.     My family and I had a pleasant stay overall and really appreciated the great location. We were upgraded upon arrival, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The lobby and rooms are newly renovated, which made our stay even more enjoyable.However, the bathroom and towels had a noticeable smoke odor, which was a bit disappointing. As we had already settled in late in the evening, we didn’t inform the front desk at the time.That said, the front desk team truly made a difference in our experience. Divanshi and Prosper were incredibly kind, approachable, and attentive to detail. Despite this minor issue, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.Thank you for the warm hospitality.     It's really not worth the money, barely a breakfast, no gym, it isn't quite like the brand suggests. Service isn't great, not responsive. House keeping is ok. Front desk makes you wait a long time while they are on the phone or doing other administrative tasks.
