Location

This hotel is located in the heart of Vancouver, not far from trendy Robson Street and the Yaletown district. Links to the public transport network as well as a bus station can be found directly beside the building, while a broad spectrum of restaurants, bars, art galleries, and theatres are all located in the immediate vicinity. Guests will reach a nightclub, an underground/ urban rail station, and shops in a few minutes on foot, and English Bay lies around 10 minutes away by public transport. The famous Granville Island is situated about 1 km from the hotel, with Stanley Park a little further away. The city of Richmond is a 25-minute drive from the hotel.

Facility

733 non-smoking rooms are available to guests in a 35-storey main building and a 27-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the complex include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 8 lifts. There are a number of shops as well. Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.     Super hotel in good location

    A fantastic hotel with nice clean good size rooms and comfy beds. The restaurant was very pleasant and the service and food was fantastic. There is also a coffee lounge and a very large reception area. Our only gripe is that this hotel is in two separate buildings a few metres apart. So we slept one side and had to walk to the other side for breakfast. Fortunately it did not rain whilst we were staying there.

    The Sheraton Wall Centre is an exceptional hotel in the heart of downtown that shines with caring service. We were checked in and taken of by Nicole and Sude. They bring genuine warmth, answer questions thoughtfully, and help guests know the property better. It's always a delight to see them at the front desk. A special shout out to the people working switchboard answering questions and requests from mobile chat, thank you!The new Club Lounge is spectacular, not only for its views from the 34th floor, but especially for the team that elevates the experience. They are always busy keeping the expansive space tidy, yet they find the time to interact with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions, and otherwise see how their day has been. A special thank you to Billy, Carey, Jenny, Betty, Airi, Aaryan, and Nas for everything they do. Also of note is their expanded bar menu at their new location with signature cocktails, great to complement the views.

    We are having our annual sibling trip. We came for breakfast and hit the jackpot with Gerry. He immediately got our sense of humor. We had so much fun that we had people asking to join our group. Gerry certainly made our first hour together a memorable one

    It’s a very functional and uninteresting hotel. It’s well placed if you are happy to walk 20/25 minutes to get anywhere interesting.     Busy hotel with lots of tourists. Spacious and clean room awaits our weary bodies. We stay at the north tower.
