Location

This hotel is located in the heart of Vancouver, right next door to the city's famous Gotham restaurant and its seafood restaurant, The Shore Club. It lies in the business and entertainment district, in the immediate vicinity of the Downtown area and the Jester's Grill bar. It is only seconds away from the Holt Renfrew department store and Pacific Centre Mall and just steps from the convention centre complex. The Pacific Central train station is 10 minutes away on foot, and it is a 20-minute walk from the hotel to Stanley Park.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1912. 5 junior suites, 10 suites, 40 single rooms and 10 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     The hotel is lovely and our reservation included breakfast. The servers in the breakfast section were so friendly and welcoming. Every morning we were greeted by the smiling faces of Nimali, Lina, and Anita. They definitely gave us a pleasant start to our day!     Great location, very good service and clean room. We arrived early before noon, and our room was ready. It was a pleasant surprise after a long journey! We chose a queen bed room —it’s pretty compact but roomy enough for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly, and the maintenance staff who was cleaning the air duct in our room when we arrived was courteous and welcoming. Breakfast was plenty and cooked to order —the serving staff at breakfast were warm and friendly. Thank you, Surangi, Nimali, and Lina.
