This city hotel is centrally located in Richmond, BC, 10 minutes from the city's shopping centres and tourist attractions. Bridgeport Station Northbound is a 5-minute drive from the business hotel, Downtown Vancouver is 15 minutes away by car and the Grouse Mountain ski area is around 30 minutes' drive from the hotel. 160 non-smoking rooms are located on 11 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     This was overall a horrible stay I have never had an experience of the sort, and I live in hotels for work.     Terrible Stay at Travelodge – Cold, Dirty, and Uncomfortable

    I am totally dissatisfied with Travelodge Hotel. I stayed there for one night, and it was disgusting and gave me a headache. The property is very old and dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the blankets were unusable.When I entered the hotel room, it was freezing cold. The heaters in every room were not working properly. I called the front desk, and the staff came to switch on the heater. I waited for 30 minutes, but the room was still cold. I went back to the front desk to request a room change, but the new room was just as bad—cold, dirty, and uncomfortable.No services were provided at all. I was very thirsty and couldn’t even find a bottle of water. Later, while my girlfriend and I tried to sleep, there was constant disturbance—someone was knocking and making noise throughout the night. We couldn’t sleep at all.In the end, I wasted my money. The next day was completely ruined because I was exhausted and dizzy from not sleeping.     Worse place I've ever been.... I am disgusted with everything about this place... should be condemned

    Absolutely terrible hotel... the service was very uninviting and they did not care at all to make our stay more comfortable by any means. . First room was very run down and dingy.. air conditioner didn't work and the tv was barely working.... second room they moved us to had carpets torn and cut and patched terribly. The bathroom was mildew and mold everywhere... there was gum stuck to the side of the head board.. very obvious... window frame was broken ... curtains were disgusting... pillows were barely existent... door handle to room was missing screws and one was even hanging out an inch.. door latch lock was broken in half and makeshift screwed back on... elevator was sketchy... pool was covered with a green film on the bottom and hot tub had big chunks of curly pubes floating around and big strains of hair.... sooo sick! Made me very disappointed that anybody would think that this place is ok to run a. Business and let people stay in such outdated and uncleaned conditions... the outside parking lobby was just as bad... no landscaping has been done kn years and even the four hanging baskets they had were drooping weeds and dead.. made it a very depressing place to be but we found that outdoor bench a better place to hang out then our room.... and they stock there vending machines with crap food they got from the foodbank it looked like... and when we asked for an ice bucket they said they don't have any and handed us a planted bag🤨... how is this place legally allowed to be in business... health hazard 100 percent... I would be embarrassed to even work there... they should all quit or go kn strike against the slumlored who runs this place!
