This resort is located right in the heart of Vancouver.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The resort provides a library, a car hire service and a theatre hall. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.

Rooms

Rooms include a queen-size bed. Guests can also book separate bedrooms. Extra beds can be requested. A stovetop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station are standard features.     Stayed for just a couple nights. Everything went well. Nice corner unit with view of the Olympic Mountains, the neighborhood, and the Fisherman's Wharf. It was nice having the Wharf right next to us. Quick pizza, fish n chips, and ice cream. Didn't use the kitchen, yet had everything one would need and pretty modern. Pool was nice and warm, despite the 50 degree nights. Place was busy, yet not crowded. Everyone was friendly. There was a nice Italian restaurant, vegan-friendly brunch, and B&B-Style afternoon tea within a couple minutes walk. Also a nice coffee shop inside a hotel next door. Walkway along the water to downtown. Truly excellent location. Nice hotel in a nice city!

    They charge for WIFI plus a housekeeping fee of $113 CAD even though no housekeeper came for the 5 days we stayed. Why not just include the housekeeping costs in the rental charge? They also need to add grab bars in the master bedroom bathtub/shower.

    I travel a lot and this is the best place that I stay in every year. And the resort also has the best staff.

    We really enjoyed the location because il was closed to the floating homes, the parliament buildings, museum/Imax and Empress Hotel with access to the floating ferries. We appreciated the layout of our room which had lots of amenities including washer & drier, fire place, twin beds, access to a balcony with good view of water. The access was direct from the outside and we were well served by the staff.

    The staff were very helpful & pleasant to deal with! The room was everything we needed and more! Perfect location very close to Fisherman's wharf! Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!
