    Well stocked breakfast with hot items like waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon as well as cold cereals, breads, yogurts, etc. nice clean and big rooms. Avoid room facing highway though as it gets noisy. Made use of the fitness room weights and treadmill. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

    Very Good Experience and Represented the BW Brand Well

    We were there for 3 nights with the family and the rest of the hockey team to play at a tourney, The interiors are quite new and well appointed. The staff were great from the front desk to the restaurant. We have not stayed at a BW branded hotel for a long time since the last time was a couple of bad experiences which were likely pretty on par with the BW experience. We had little to no great expectations before arriving.This BW is very conveniently located right across the street from a Superstore and a 3 min drive to the largest mall in the area. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby and the mall has a lot of your regular favourite stores. The staff made this experience an excellent one as they changed our minds on the BW brand. We will likely give another BW hotel a try in the future.

    I had an excellent stay here. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is really good. The hotel is located near a huge mall, all the big box stores, and tons of restaurants. It's also a short drive from Neck Point Park, a great place for walking or hiking. And even though it's a busy area, the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. A great find in the area.

    Callled stupid for staying at this hotel

    Went to check in to room and they gave me wrong key card and gave to my gf son who was 14 well gatherd luggage and parked vehicle he went in to room and found a plate full of cocaine and alcholl was long day of traveling got there at like 11 pm got the right room but damage was done had a suite booked for next day and said to them use can make this right I’ll deal with this tomoorw been long day got other room next day nothing was mentioned checked e mails later in day and was offerehalf of my suite as compensation sent at 430 pm figure respond in morning in person went and talked to the manger with my gf whose kid it was and she said we want both rooms payed for and kid would like a cheap 100 doller ring bought this could have been a very serious situation that kid could have got killed but that mistake with that amount of drugs he said he seen in the room then manger goes on to tells us that it’s okey for personal consumption of drugs of premise and said not doing anything and called us stupid and told us to get off the property !!! Any one who reads this what would u do in these circumstances at a hotel on vacation
