This full-service hotel is located in the heart of Comox Valley with easy access to Mount Washington Ski Resort and Crown Isle Golf Resort.

Facility

144 non-smoking rooms, including 5 suites and 137 double rooms, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry.     The Best Western Westery Hotel is a nice, beautiful,friendly, safe and relaxing hotel with kind, friendly and hard working staff who are always glad to provide extremely good customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with big smiles on their faces.The hotel rooms are always extremely clean and well kept and there's always 24 hour parking on the property.P.S. The hotel manager Josh looks exactly like John Cooper the frontman for the Christian Heavy Metal band Skillet.

    Don't trust them to keep your reservation.

    I made a reservation at the hotel, which they didn't process. When I got to the hotel, they didn't have my reservation, and could only offer me one night. After the first night I had to find alternate accommodations. Don't trust the people you speak to on the other end of the line when they promise to send you an email confirmation. It is our normal policy to send a confirmation each time we make a reservation; but people do make mistakes and it is possible we made a typo in the e-mail or that we forgot this final step in the process in the case of your reservation. I promise you that we do not have a rogue Front Desk Agent who is maliciously refusing to send confirmations to our guests.To clarify on another point: We apologized profusely and presented you with availability for 2 out of the 3 nights you were seeking for your reservation and communicated that we would do our best to move things around to get you a room for the remaining night should we have any cancellations. We also gladly would have helped find you alternate accommodations, but you did not seem interested in that.

    There was an unfortunate City Water Main breakage that disrupted the water service to the hotel causing all their amenity's to be closed or limited for the guests...I was not able to use a valid BW Rewards voucher towards the cost of my accommodation for un-known reasons...
