    This hotel was always good but in the last couple of years, they have really upped their game. It's nicer than ever. The rooms on the first floor are no longer noisy! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and spotless. Definitely the best place to stay in Campbell River.

    My Wife and I visited the Comfort Inn as part of our Knight Inlet Lodge visit. It was great to stay the night in Campbell River. The room was comfortable and had a view of the water (our room was on the third floor). This hotel is right downtown and is close to many restaurants and shops. It's not like where we live in England and services are a little limited in the evening, but we still had a great time and went to a pub called the BeachFire. The Comfort Inn is only three blocks away and a safe easy walk. The pub was recommended by the front desk and the young lady was very knowledgeable about the local area. We were up early at 6am for breakfast in the Hotel and then the Knight Inlet Lodge bus picked us up at quarter to eight.

    We stayed here for 5 nights as part of our tour of the island. The room was comfortable and clean and we found the breakfast selection, although small, just right for us. The air-conditioning unit in the room worked well but was quite noisy and the only other thing missing was a safe. We loved the location which was ideal for our bear and whale watching trips and we would recommend this hotel for its cental location.

    Great facilities in the room except no safe. Very welcoming staff. Huge thank you to the lady doing a terrific job providing the daily breakfast with what appeared limited resources. Very near the port for day trips.

    I Reserved my booking with a Diners Club card/Discover but at check in the card was Not accepted. This problem can take place at every comfort hotel.
