    I enjoyed my stay at hotel rialto. I wasn't sure if there was homeless in the area but i walked from johnson to pandora on douglas and around the surrounding blocks and there wasn't. I had a huge bathroom! No bath products for tub which was weird. Its nice there is a thermostat you can control the temperature with in the room. Big fridge! Bed was comfortable. I initially had pillow trouble but found one i liked. If you have a conference at delta ocean pointe its about a 15 minute walk. No view if you like views from the room.     OUTstanding stay 💛 fell in love with the #Lavazza + Rialto cookies in the room. I had an amazing top floor corner room and the views were amazing day and night. Stand up shower and heated bathroom floor was pretty cool. What a location, there is a high end vintage liquor store right off the lobby and I got some Port to enjoy while in town. Water bottle filled in lobby with free fruit and coffee in the mornings. Amazing staff, helpful and warm. Can’t beat that downtown location.     Magnificent Christmas dinner at The Palms

    We booked a king room at Hotel Rialto for Christmas night and booked the turkey dinner at The Palms restaurant downstairs. It was all magnificent. The room was spacious and light and the bedlinens beautiful. The reception desk staff were super helpful. We enjoyed the convenient location: it was easy to go out for a stroll to see Victoria's attractions. The dinner at The Palms was magnificent. The food tasted like home-cooked food. We thoroughly recommend the whole experience and maybe we'll do the same thing again in 2026!     Perfect location. Everything is walkable in the downtown area. King suite room is amazing. Extea space in the room is perrfect spot for pre drinks before going out for dinner. Lounge connected to the hotel has great food and drinks.     Hotel was in a great location, walkable distance from the Inner Harbour. The staff were thorough and very polite. They called us as soon as the room became available. Lots of places to eat on the neighbouring streets, and the streets looked safe. We stored our luggage at the hotel. The Queen size bedroom was on a smaller end, but had all essentials: comfortable bed, complimentary Lavazza coffee, with cream stored in the fridge, and 2 cookies. The cherry on top was L’Occitane shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and soap with Verveine scent. In the morning, we also discovered hotel has set up a breakfast table by the front desk, featuring tea, coffee and fruits like bananas, apples and oranges before 11 am.
