This hotel is located on one of the world's best surfing beaches and set in over 1.6 hectares of old growth wilderness forest, offering walking trails and birdwatching on the Pacific Ocean. The centre of Tofino, with its links to the public transport network and shops, is a 5-minute drive. Pacific Rim National Park is just a 10-minute drive away.

Facility

38 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

    Great hotel — quirky, fun and full of personality. Good location for exploring Tofino and the surrounding beaches.There’s loads to do in and around the hotel itself — games, puzzles, the disco room and the mystic room are great touches that make it feel different from your typical chain hotel. The hot tub was a lovely way to unwind after a day out exploring. Great coffee and muffins. The only real let-down is that there’s no air conditioning, which made the room a bit warm at times. Otherwise, a brilliant stay and we’d happily come back.

    Very cool hotel. The retro/vintage vibe is tastefully done and left us very impressed. The rooms are clean and new and the layout is non-traditional for a hotel, which is what we loved about it. The board games in the lobby was a nice surprise!!!Location is great as well. Walking distance from the beach and very close to the center of town. One of our favorite hotels.     This hotel was a pleasure to stay at. Check in was seamless and we were offered so many tips. The room was clean a great size and really quiet. The restaurant on site provided a stunning dinner on our first night and we would definitely revisit here.Location is great near the beach, not far from downtown and such great value.     Hotel Zed has to be one of our favourite places on Earth. Not only is the atmosphere incredible, but the staff completely add to the experience. Ki at the front desk was welcoming, kind, and helpful with everything to do with our stay! This is a great place for couples, families, and our dog too :) Highly recommend.
