    Hotel needs basic maintenance performed throughout. From filthy worn out carpets to holes in the walls not patched and painted, to TV not working. Found food in the bed from previous guests. Disgusting.Staff very helpful and friendly, ownership needs to spend some money.

    Very friendly staff, check in is quick. I like the suites as they are fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals. The only thing that could be improved is the coffee in the room. There is only one bag and it doesn't make a very strong coffee!!

    We stayed here for a night with our three young kids and I have nothing bad to say. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel don’t bother but if you want a clean large room with warm hospitality close to downtown then this is the place for you. We will be staying here with the family again.

    The recepation staff were very nice when we checked in and checked out, but the facility itself is little bit old. The room was spacious but old, the noise from AC was disturbing my sleep. The breakfast was ok. We had a breakfast back at reception desk.

    Clean hotel with lots of old English style character, very friendly staff. We booked the Suite, it was a beautiful large room. The pool was too hot, however, but was clean and a nice amenity for my kids. The hotel is in a good location, right beside the Galloping Goose trail as well as the Gorge and a few nice restaurants. very good value for the price we paid.
