This hotel is located right in the heart of Courtenay.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 79 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a cash machine and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.     We only stayed one night due to flights. It was an excellent experience. From the gentleman who checked us in to the lady who checked us out, everything was first class. In the room we had with our puppy, they gave us a "puppy welcome gift," which was a nice, unexpected touch, and the room was extremely clean and large. It even had 2 balconies. They suggested the restaurant Locals, which is beside the property, and we had a very enjoyable dinner that evening. Book this hotel for an overnight stay or even a longer stay if you are visiting the area. It means so much when guests take the time to recognize our team — it really makes our day. We’re also glad to hear that you enjoyed the pet welcome bag.     This hotel and room was exactly what we were looking for. Had a great view of the river and overlooked the pool & hot tub. Room was very clean and comfortable. Large screen TV and the bath tub was to die for! It’s great to know you enjoyed the view of the Courtenay River, as well as our pool and hot tub.     The location was great - we had a river view room. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed (kitchen equipped with the appliances, dishware, and cookware). The hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming.We stayed for two nights and took advantage of our stay - had a massage at the spa, relaxed in the outdoor hot tub, and enjoyed the coffee and fresh cookies in the lobby. Can't wait to return in the future!     Great location on the estuary. Kitchen and laundry facilities in the room are great. Having a spa in the hotel is a great plus!     My husband and I just spent a couple days at the old house and it was lovely. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. We were greeted by Heli and she was very pleasant. Our suite was more than we expected and lovely. We also met Katherine at the front desk and she was also kind, and cordial.
