Location

The hotel is an oceanfront property with panoramic ocean and mountain views. Various bas, links to the local public transport network and the rocky beach are in the immediate proximity of the hotel, which is approximately 3 km from the centre of Campbell River with restaurants, a tourist centre and shopping venues. The bus station is around 10 minutes’ drive from the accommodation.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 18 suites, 9 single rooms and 32 double rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. Guests of the hotel can enjoy various recreational facilities, including the garden, during their stay. Additional facilities include a TV room. Going for a swim at the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas, is a great way to relax. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace.     left some very important travel adapter cables, electric tooth brush charger behind and houskeeping staff did not return to front desk = we stayed for 2 nights - room was also very dated - not like indicated on the website - pictures of room #311 are not even clode to what we found on site

    Great family vacation spot. The mini golf and pool were a hit, food was typical and filled up my boys. Location was super and the staff wonderful.

    Two double beds which I have never seen in a hotel room before. Floor was dirty covered in pet hair, dusty, dirty hairy fabric chair, mirror had splatters, bathtub very tarnished as looks like it was never cleaned. Got another room after complaining, but bathroom was still moldy on the ceiling from moisture. Needed upgrading. Service was good, breakfast was good. Pool was down for maintenance after just purchasing a new swim suit for an evening swim. Nice location.

    Angry maintenance man

    No microwave in room, no coffe pot either….up working with my company and at the end of the day there was no hot water for us to have showers, and the pipes were making high pitched screaming noises. When I called the front desk to complain they sent a very angry maintenance man that did absolutely nothing to fix it, got mad walked out slamming my door. Then when I asked if he would do more he yelled at me. This will be the last time we stay here. We have spent a lot of money here and they have treated us very poorly, it is very disappointing.
