    We had a short time at the hotel but it was one of the best hotels we used during a three week holiday in Canada. We would return here without any hesitation as the facilities and friendliness of all the staff was unparalleled.     This is my favorite place to stay in Victoria. The location is unbeatable, and the hotel itself is beautiful, modern, spacious rooms with kitchens that are spotless and fully stocked with everything you need. The staff is amazing and genuinely helpful and accommodating; they always go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. The restaurant is fantastic too, with great food and wonderful servers. I truly love everything about this hotel.     We stayed for 10 nights. Our one bedroom king suite was super clean and well equipped. We were provided with lovely bathrobes which were much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and professional . The full kitchen was very efficient and included a Keurig with pods. There was also a compost container and a recycling bin which was great . The bed was comfy and the room was quiet . The balcony was spacious . The fitness room was fine and there is an outdoor space. We also went for prime rib night to the Aegir and enjoyed the live music. Loved that it was dog friendly even though we are cat people.
