    Avoid the restaurant attached and recommend by the Best Western

    Unfortunately we had a room on the main floor 103The across the street were barking all night. They didn't sleep much. Neither did IThis is not the Hotels fault but this lead to not 100% satisfied along with the following.Best Western at this location doe not offer a continental breakfast.Instead they offer a discount on a hot breakfast at the Restaurant attached to the hotel. $8.00 for a full hot breakfast.nowhere does it say Good food or any value for the money as this would be misleading to the purchaser.I would recommend highly that the Best Western refrain from offering this and work out a deal with someplace like Stacked or A&W for a place to eat and offer a discount to there.     Staff was very helpful, very good level of cleanliness overall, food services were good. Room was clean with good internet service and television. Food service was good and reasonably priced. Small but clean and well equipped fitness centre (but which does need a wifi fix).     Kindness and great service at a difficult time.

    The wonderful staff made a difficult week much more bearable. I stayed for six nights for my mom’s funeral and having a clean, quiet, comfortable room to retreat to after emotional days made all the difference. The kindness displayed by every single staff person I encountered was exceptional. They obviously care about their work and that translates to our customer experience. I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to others.     This hotel is well managed. The front desk and cleaning personnel are very friendly.The beds are comfortable. For both business and pleasure this is a great spot.On the business side, there are numerous meeting rooms.. As well weddings can be accommodated here.There is good restaurant Obrian's which services breakfast and lunch, as well as a large English style pub Barney's which serves good food, late into the night.Overall good value for the dollar.     Very clean, comfortable room. Check-in was a breeze. The food in both restaurants was very good and we had excellent service from the restaurant staff. Hotel staff in all areas were friendly, courteous, and respectful. They did an excellent job of looking after a group of 9 ladies.
