    pretty sad that when u earn points you cannot easily redeem for a room with suite/tub etc and that the front desk staff cannot help as they are NOT familiar with the wyndham app nor know much about how to navigate it and could not do a manual discount at the front desk with taking my points, all has to be done on the app which is not easy & no staff desk assistance as no knowledge Ramada Camrose, General Manager at Ramada by Wyndham Camrose, responded to this review Good morning JT,Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my sincerest apologies that you had an unpleasant experience while trying to book a room using your points. The Wyndham Rewards rooms need to be booked online by the guest at WyndhamRewards.com, on the Wyndham Rewards App or by calling Wyndham Rewards. The program is not set up for staff to remove points for your stay. I am sorry that the room type you were wanting was not an option for you to book. The staff will all be retrained on the app,but they still will only be able to help with a room that is able to be selected.We look forward to serving you better in the future.

    Needed a room for a fewnights beginning New Year's Eve day as husband had to go into hospital and we were from out of town. Staff were INCREDIBLY friendly and accommodating. Gave me a quiet, roomy suite with amenities for a reasonable hospital rate. Breakfast is included here and it is more than adequate. Being dead of winter and in the minus twenties, car plug ins would be appreciated, but that would be my only commentary for improvement.     Wonderful cozy hotel with essential amenities in Camrose. I enjoy my stay here everytime. Clean , Pool with slide and very good gym. The staff is always wonderful and small town friendliness hospitality. Front Desk is always amazing with friendly staff that knows you by name on repeat visits. Brittany is a “Diamond Rated “ staff, But overall all the staff is awesome, led by a very pleasant manager, Karen.     A Flawless, Memorable Stay!

    This was the third year we chose Ramada Camrose for our Family Christmas Party, using the Conference Room and securing six rooms for our overnight stay. All aspects of the stay were excellent and we are very enthusiastic to write this review. One family required three beds...no problem. We asked for two adjoining rooms for the night hawks so we wouldn't disturb the children,,,no problem. Everything clean,Conference room set up, resplendent with Christmas Tree and Lights...and fresh hot coffee. Pool...excellent...clean warm, available night and following morning. Kids had a blast. Checkout...flawless. We will be doing this again next year for the fourth time. Our family can't wait. It is a very reasonable solution for a large family looking for a suitable place to have a fun get-together for any occasion, including Christmas...and we would highly recommend Ramada Camrose. The Staff are very friendly, understanding...and accommodating....and we thank them all for a flawless and memorable stay!     This was the second time of stopping overnight in this hotel.Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Pillows were a little too high and firm- personal preference for softer pillows. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, choices varied.
