This hotel is located in the heart of Whistler Village with its restaurants, bars, nightspots, transport links and shops. It lies approximately 120 km from Vancouver International Airport.

Guests have a choice of 287 non-smoking rooms located in an 8-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The holiday village has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. 4 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 8 conference rooms.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Going for a swim at the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas, is a great way to relax. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. The wide range of activities offered at the complex ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, basketball, golf, archery and horse riding. With water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling, diving, water aerobics and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The area around the complex offers great opportunities to enjoy winter sports such as skiing, tobogganing and snowboarding. Ski passes are available locally. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, squash, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the holiday village, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium.

Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa my TOP choice in the area. Its central location with parking under the hotel is ideal for exploring ALL attractions in the area ... shopping, dining, skiing, ziplines or dirt bicycle is only minutes' walk away. Rooms are larger than usual ... clean and comfortable with lots of closet space. The kids love the pool, and I enjoy the spas after a long day.I like to Thx Hisano being friendly and helpful at check in and check out (make me think she lives there). The hotel room show dated and can use an update. Will be back again! Excellent Location and Outstanding Recognition for Elite Members

This hotel has an excellent location. Exit through Door B, turn right, and you will find the Whistler Village Gondola just a short walk away. Door A is where vehicles stop directly in front of the main hotel entrance. Door B also leads to the pedestrian shopping village, and the bus station is only a few minutes away on foot.The hotel consists of a North Tower and a South Tower. We stayed in the South Tower, where the room featured a fully equipped kitchen. Unlike the basic kitchenettes found in many hotels, this was a true residential-style kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, range hood, cookware, and kitchen utensils. It is rare to find a high-end hotel offering such a complete kitchen setup.What impressed me most was how sincerely the hotel recognized and valued Hilton Honors elite members. Even though our room was booked through a third-party travel platform, all elite benefits were fully honored. For two guests, we received a dining credit of CAD 24 per person, per day, which could be used at the hotel’s restaurant and food outlets. We also enjoyed complimentary Wi-Fi and late checkout, among other elite benefits.A special thank you goes to Rosalie at the front desk. She was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. During check-in, she patiently explained all of our elite benefits in detail and made sure we understood how to make the most of them. Her outstanding service left a lasting impression and made us feel truly valued as Hilton Honors members.Many hotels recognize elite status, but few do so with such sincerity and consistency. If you are a Hilton Honors elite member, this hotel is one of the most elite-friendly properties I have experienced, and I would happily stay here again.
