  I stayed here and I had trouble with the manager when I called about a noise complaint in the room next to me and his only reply was he was going to kick everyone out including us. So if you're staying here don't expect any help from the staff or manager

  If you're headed to Lillooet soon and plan to stay at the DeOro Hotel, here's my honest review: Upon arrival, you'll probably gaslight yourself a bit. You'll think, "It's just a tad outdated" or "Those boarded-up buildings out back with people sleeping on the steps aren't as shady as they appear." Or maybe, "I'm sure that parked Kia Soul in the parking lot with a steady stream of visitors isn't actually a drug den." On further inspection, you'll be slightly grossed out by the fact that nothing is actually clean. You might also wonder about the extension cords snaking through hallways into taped-off doors. But, you're not fancy, you've paid to sleep in actual dirt before, and it's only 24 hours, so you can overlook the obvious bloodstains in the carpet. It isn't until you hear that neighboring rooms have found bedbugs that you start obsessively stripping down your own bed and those of your friends. Although the manager later confirms an outbreak, you don't find any bugs to worry about. Just more large bloodstains, garbage, dried bodily fluids, and a crack pipe with a baggie under the bed. So, for just $100 per night, you too can spend 24 hours feeling filthier than ever before, bagging all your belongings to spend the next 48 hours washing, drying, and treating for any possibility of bedbugs, and hoping you didn't contract some communicable disease. Hopefully, you won't also have the added experience of administering life-saving Narcan to one of the hotel's parking lot residents, like our teammate did. So, in summary, ZERO stars. Do not recommend.

  The room was clean and quiet except for the Ac unit. The hotel is in the middle of town so that was nice. Could use some updates. But the price reflects that. But all around it was fine. Well I don’t have 200 words to discribe this review so this is what you get.

  Scabies and Bed Bugs

  This hotel is a not clean at all. Sheets not changed in between customers, hair and stains on the sheets. Shower didn't work. 0 customer service here. I told the manager about the scabies and bed bug issues and he told me I was lying and would not take any responsibility. Aviod this place the reviews are very miss leading.

  Got there a bit later than expected and owner was there waiting for us. Very clean room, quiet and comfortable beds. Exceptionally good value for the cost. Make this trip a few times a year and will be staying here again. Plenty of meal choices nearby and nice view in the morning. Limited parking out front but I had no problem getting a spot. Not the Marriott, but I did not have that expectation at booking, so was very pleased.
