Fronting the world-renowned Whistler Resort, this hotel is the closest guests can get to both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas. This establishment represents a mountain escape offering luxurious comfort and service, which is just steps away from dining and shopping venues, and year-round mountain adventures. Guests will find a number of restaurants, bars and shops in the centre of the resort, which is right on the hotel's doorstep. The ski slopes are a mere 10 metres away and the Olympic areas are 50 metres from the hotel. The Pacific Ocean can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The city of Vancouver is 65 km from the resort.

76 suites and 45 studios are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Two night, two room stay with son and daughter in law for the Whistler Ultra Marathon. Property was outstanding with both rooms exceeding our expectations. Located slope side the accommodation was close to restaurants/shops and a short walk to the race course. Staff are excellent along with pool and hot tub facilities. Rooms were clean and included kitchen facilities along with fireplaces. Ideal for families and couples seeking a vacation break. We visited in October and were lucky to have multiple bear sightings! Went for a conference with family and loved the accomodation location—the pool was a bit too cold, but hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes followed by the lovely apres…stand-out was Greg, who made my kids feel at home, knew where the treats were to keep them occupied and truly his hospitality made our stay!!! Amazing hotel, the staff were friendly, helpul and prfessional. Valet parking was excellent, as was the cleaning. Great location, well equiped comfortable rooms with amazing views. Terrible Experience, lack of compassion and unclassy behavior

Extremely disappointed with booking with Pan Pacific Mountainside. We had booked a two night stay iao $646.08 for our 32nd wedding anniversary for 9th and 10th Sept 2026. Unfortunately the day we were supposed to arrive, my wife had a medical emergency and was in the hospital. I called front desk of Pan Pacific and explained the situation, they said they would have a manager call me to discuss. The manager never called and refused to refund, look at changing dates or credit. Considering this was off season and hotel not fully booked, very unclassy. Keep this in mind about Pan Pacific compassion for unfortunate events.Update: 13 Sept 2026The manager was able to respond to my negative review on Google but still has never communicated with me by phone, text or email. Once again, very unclassy behavior and actions by manager and Pan Pacific Mountainside. They truly show a lack of care and compassion for in their words a "Valued Guest".
