Location

Located in the very heart of the Village, the hotel is in close proximity of Whistler's finest restaurants, shops, sports facilities and lively nightlife - all easily accessible within the Village's pedestrian-only Town Plaza. The hotel is only minutes away from the Whistler/Blackcomb ski lifts. Vancouver International Airport is located some 134 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 84 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). In the outdoor area, a heated freshwater pool guarantees comfortable swimming. Sun loungers and parasols the sun terrace complete the holiday. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including cycling/mountain biking, golf, skiing, tobogganing, a gym, a solarium and hiking.

Meals

The dining area includes a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. A set dinner menu is an option.

    Location is central to all areas. Parking is ample but spaces were tight. The staff were excellent. Downside: room is small, particularly the bathroom as there wasno space to set toiletriesorclothes. It was only a small problem as we were there for only one night.

    Great value for the location being right in the Village and the price was good. Rooms are dated but generally clean. Parking spots are underground and small. Wouldn't want to park anything bigger than a small SUV down there.

    Stayed for 2 nights in shoulder season so Whistler not mad busy but only couple of lifts and the downhill bikers in action. Close to bus station and all amenities. Rooms large and well appointed, though no tea ( but they have it at reception) There’s a rather outdated idea of a jacuzzi within the bedroom. Not for us. The pool and health area is via the car park and is pretty small, certainly smaller than the pics suggest. A bistro and restaurant attached but not within the hotel provide breakfast and dinner but lots of choices in town. Overall, suited our needs and great value choice

    Clean and quiet hotel in a good location.Could have used better lighting. i.e. lamp on bedside table and the desk.Hotel doesn't run to a decaffeinated coffee option in the rooms or atthe front desk coffee machine.

    Good location and price. The rooms are great with also balcony and fire place. 2 lifts is nice so you don't have to wait. And they have a parking.
