    We stayed one night at Adara Hotel Whistler and had a great overall experience. The hotel has a nice, boutique feel, and everything was very well maintained. Our room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable, perfect for a restful night after a day of skiing.The service really stood out. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful with anything we needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The location is excellent, right in the center of Whistler, making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Paid parking is available, which is convenient given the central location.A couple of minor downsides: there was no safe in the room, and the pool is quite small. That said, neither took away from the overall experience.I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Whistler.

    The hotel was dirtyI spoke to the front desk after check in about the room and there was nothing done about it. There was mold growing in the bathroom The carpet needed vacuuming both the room and the common areas. The elevator doors were smeared and the interior filthy.The ceiling fan was so coated in dust I was afraid to turn it on.The sheets and towels were clean and the robes were nice,

    We stay at Adara boutique hotel every time we vacation in Whistler. We have done 2 trips (of 4) this year: we love our King 1 bedroom suite! It's so comfortable, quiet, clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great: just a few minutes from the gondola, grocery store, salons, restaurants! And the price is affordable!

    Moose Head suite is cute but has problems.

    The Moose Head suite has more a kitchenette than full kitchen. One of the two cooking burners is under the cabinet so very difficult to use. The fridge is smaller than the dishwasher, & the back gets covered in ice if the temp is raised more than halfway. The dining area consists of a table pushed against the wall under the stairs rendering it unusable. You would have to switch places with the coffee table and use the sofa to actually seat 6 people as provided seating is only a bench that seats 2-3 & 1 desk chair. Staff is nice & helpful, but we always had to ask for basics: We arrived to only 4 towel sets & 2 robes for 5 people, with no washcloths; We had to request toilet paper 3 times during our stay; We had to request basic components for the kitchen like dishwasher pods, dish towels, coffee, & enough cups & wine glasses for 5. The heating system was constantly challenging. You cook in the closed bedroom and freeze in the rest. We requested space heaters, but it took staff 3 times to send us one that actually worked as the first two were broken. Beds are not luxurious pillow top, & the top sheets barely reach the sides. The online video makes the room seem much larger than it is. The fireplace doesn't produce heat. The shower screen provides no privacy which made bathroom time challenging with the mixed gender kids. Again, staff is nice, the place is cute, but be aware of the limitations of this suite.
