    In town for the Fondo

Great experience in one of the loft suites. Check-in and check-out were easy, clean rooms, great location in the village, and the hot tub was a nice amenity. Would stay here again!

    Good value

    rating03 Oct 2026

An older hotel in a great location, just off the Village Stroll. We appreciated the secured underground parking, which was convenient.Check-in was slightly delayed while our unit was being prepared. The three of us shared a loft and a Murphy bed for a short one-night stay.Unfortunately, the pool was unavailable due to an unexpected animal contamination issue. Thankfully, the hot tub was still working. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was generally quiet, although we could hear some children running through the hallway in the early morning.

Great stay for a reasonable price

    rating11 Sept 2026

Outside of the pod hotel this is probably the next cheapest stay in Whistler, we paid $180 for our Loft room including a queen and a murphy bed. Only having stayed for one night we unfortunately didn't have the time to check out any of the hotels amenities, but it was very appreciated that they let us park in their lot for several hours before we checked in and same on the way out, allowing us to explore the Whistler Village without having to find alternative parking. Room was spotless upon arrival and the beds were very comfortable. I noticed a lot of the reviews calling this place dated in a negative way, but the only thing I can agree with was the TV situation. Supposedly we there was supposed to be a way to connect some of our own streaming services but we had no such luck. and the only other option was cable, which was fine, because we were not there to watch TV anyways. But I, like many others, do enjoy putting on a show before bed. Paul Cooper, General Manager at Whistler Village Inn + Suites, responded to this review I am glad you enjoyed your stay and thank you for your kind words. I am sorry to hear you could not get the Chromecast to work, as long as you are connected to the room wifi it is normally a seamless procedure.

Whistler Village is a great place to stay. The rooms are big and it is right in the center of downtown Whistler. Walking distance to anything you would like to go to Paul Cooper, General Manager at Whistler Village Inn + Suites, responded to this review I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

The hotel feels overrated for the price

    rating18 Jul 2026

We stayed at Whistler Village Inn & Suites during the summer, and unfortunately it didn’t live up to the expectations or the price we paid. The lobby and especially our room felt very dated. It seems the hotel is mainly focused on the winter ski season, while the rooms receive little attention during the summer months. We even joked that they had forgotten to put a bed in the room, but it turned out to be a small fold-out Murphy bed with a rather uncomfortable mattress. For the nightly rate, this was a real disappointment. Our room also included a kitchen, which we didn’t use, but it clearly looked like it could use a complete renovation as well. The location is excellent, and Whistler itself is a fantastic destination with plenty to do in both summer and winter. That’s exactly why it’s a shame that the accommodation doesn’t match the quality of the destination.Overall, the hotel feels overrated for the price. With some investment in the rooms, it could be a much better experience. Paul Cooper, General Manager at Whistler Village Inn + Suites, responded to this review Hi Peter,Thank you for your feedback. We do have renovations planned for the near future but I appreciate that does not help with your experiences during your stay. The Murphy beds are queen sized and all have new mattresses. We will however take a look at the one in your room and check its condition.
